I’m tired of content creators who are deceiving hopeless and unmotivated people with exaggerated, sometimes even false promises! I’m talking about creators who say “make online money like/with this or that” or who call people to action with false promises. Let’s be honest. It’s not about giving motivation to them. It’s all about a “click/view” on their page.

Especially in the last few months, I’ve seen dozen of TikTok videos, Twitter floods, Instagram posts, or Medium stories encouraging young or broke people to start their journey of “financial freedom.” I’ve seen many of them trying to make money online and failing miserably. And this misery made them more and more unmotivated. Yes, we know! DON’T GIVE UP TRYING! PUT MORE EFFORT! and some other so-called motivational bullshits. But think about it just for one sec. Isn’t it difficult to lead this race in the internet age, especially when mental illnesses such as anxiety predominate in most people today?

I must tell you. These contents repeat themselves over and over. It’s crystal clear that content creators do not produce something original, something new anymore. They found their audiences after they made some money online. They found that broke, hopeless, partially miserable people who want to get rich real quick. In the end, it’s their niche, moral or not. But please, remind those young people the fact that important.

Here’s the fact: you’re not going to make much money by posting your links, attending contests online, or filling out a survey and hoping for the best. Stop believing social media that implement the idea of getting rich by doing nothing or not giving too much effort/time.

The Internet is an endless hole. Find your own way without being deceived by hollow, so-called motivational stories. It’s time to get ready yourself, not jump into money without acknowledging anything.

Good luck in the real world.
